Kenny "G" Bourgeois

Kenny came from "The Hammer" , Hamilton Ontario. He got his first real six string at the five and dime , played it til his fingers bled , it was the summer of 1980. The guitar was love at first sight when a neighbour kid came over with his shiny black Les Paul custom copy. Instantly fascinated by the look and the sounds and curious what the switches and dials did , he knew he had to have one. A short time mowing lawns and digging gardens , he saved enough for an acoustic guitar he bought at the local thrift store for $10. The electric guitar came about a year later, and Kenny was rockin basement parties during his last year of high school in 1984. After a brief hiatus , due to college , girlfriends , marriage , then a baby....he was back to rockin' around '96. Totally self taught , Kenny would always impress his friends with the shear number of riffs and licks he'd picked up over the years and by 2000 was back rippin it up at parties and small pubs around town. Although he dabbled in many genres, acoustically and electric, Rock and Roll is what comes naturally to Kenny with the smooth power chords and the tasty licks in between. Kenny joined Danger Pay shortly after it's inception, and we"ve been Rockin ever since. !!!
